Quality

Close quality control check is required to manufacture our engineering products, strictly as per relative standards. In order to maintain this requirement, which is the heart of the complete manufacturing procedure, we have formed a regular practice to check the design, raw-material, semi finished product and finished product at every stage. In short our internal inspection follows a line of stage wise inspection as briefed below.

Executives & Engineers of this company are experienced in different fields of manufacturing activities like designing, production, planning & quality control.
Each and every bar entering in our factory are recorded in the register with check No. & we check the same for physical & chemical random as per he related standard.
Drawings of a complete range of products are checked and approved by partners in all respect like the specification of standards, specification of material, and interchangeability of components, hence we can offer spares after supply.
Dimensional and visual inspection of all components during various machining stages and before assembly, 100% Hydro testing and pneumatic testing as per required standard of valves. Final finishing parting & painting under close supervision.
Castings procured from our own foundry are generally poured under the witness of our Quality control engineer, Normally we send the test bar for physical properties as per standard and chips from the same test bar we send to the laboratory for analysis of the chemical composition of the metal in accordance with the related standard. After receipt of a satisfactory report of castings, we lift the same duly marked heat Nos. with a co-related test certificate.
Patterns of a complete range of products are made strictly as per drawings and checked in all respects i.e contraction required for the respective material, machining margin required according to material & thickness and counter as per related standards
